PROFESSOR LORD MENSAH, THE HEAD OF THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT SERVICE OF GHANA PAID A WORKING VISIT TO THE ABLEKUMA CENTRAL MUNICIPAL ASSEMBLY

The Head of the Local Government Service of Ghana, Professor Lord Mensah, paid a working visit to the Ablekuma Central Municipal Assembly on 4th September 2025 at the Assembly’s office in Laterbiokorshie.

In his address, Prof. Mensah outlined his vision for the Service, emphasizing professionalism, decentralization, client-centered service delivery, and improved efficiency. He further highlighted the importance of data-driven and evidence-based interventions, as well as the need for stronger public-private partnerships in the local government system.

He encouraged staff to remain dedicated and hardworking, assuring them of a brighter future with enhanced opportunities in the local government sector
