The Assembly today held a staff durbar aimed at strengthening teamwork, boosting productivity, and enhancing effective service delivery across all departments.
During the programme, the Municipal Chief Executive, Hon. Frank Nkansah, shared insights on the importance of being productive, innovative, proactive, and team-oriented in the discharge of duties. Staff were encouraged to take initiative, embrace new ideas, and work collaboratively to support the Assembly’s development agenda.
